This site, clients.domeniq.app, gives Domeniq households a key for the Domeniq AI model, which reads the household documents a Domeniq node sends through ai.domeniq.app. This page says what we keep, why, and who else sees it.

Your Google account

When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account identifier, your email address and your name, and nothing else from your Google account. We keep them, with the time of your last sign-in, to recognise you and to contact you about your subscription. We use them for nothing else and never pass them on.

Subscriptions and payments

We keep the plans you chose, their dates, the amounts, the payment reference you enter and when a payment was confirmed. When you pay with PayPal we also keep PayPal's order and capture numbers and the payment's status at PayPal. You pay outside this site or on PayPal's pages: we never see or keep card or bank details.

Your key

Your key is stored encrypted and shown only to you. We keep its last characters so that you and we can tell keys apart.

Trial keys for a Domeniq computer

When a Domeniq node asks for a free trial key, the site keeps the node's random identifier and a hash of a hardware fingerprint of the computer, to give one trial per computer. The hash cannot be turned back into the computer's details. When you link a computer to your account, the site records which account it belongs to, and hands your key to that computer when it asks.

Names for a secure connection

To give a computer a secure connection, the site stores the computer's address in your home network and publishes a DNS name for it; the name is random and says nothing about you. The site also obtains a certificate for that name from Let's Encrypt; the computer's private key never leaves the computer.

Phones and the relay

When you connect a phone to a Domeniq computer, the documents it scans reach that computer through this site's relay. They are encrypted on the phone with a key only your computer holds, so the site stores them but cannot read them. A file stays only until your computer collects it, at most 30 days, and is then deleted. The site keeps which computer and phone a file belongs to, its size and its times, for 90 days after that, and the phone's public key. The name of the phone is not sent to the site.

Usage

For every request made with your key the gateway records the time, the model, the number of tokens and the cost, to keep you within your budget and to show you what you used. It does not record what the requests contain.

Your documents

The pages and text of the documents your node reads pass through ai.domeniq.app to the provider of the AI model, which reads them and answers. Neither this site nor the gateway stores them. The provider processes them under its own terms for API customers.

Activity log

For security we log the actions on your account, such as sign-ins, payments and key changes, with their time. The log never holds your key or your documents.

Cookies

We set a sign-in cookie, a security cookie that protects the forms and, when you choose a language, a language cookie. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell or share your data. Google handles the sign-in, PayPal handles a payment you make with PayPal (it receives the plan and the amount), Cloudflare carries the traffic to this site and to the gateway, and the AI model provider reads the documents as described above.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while you use the service. Write to [email protected] and we will delete your name and email address and revoke your key; we keep payment records only as long as the law requires.
